RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This information contents a simplified version of the Instructions for Cancellation that you will find on our website under Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form . In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the information displayed here and the terms and conditions of the Instructions for Cancellation, the terms and conditions of the Instructions for Cancellation shall govern and control.

RETURNS
 
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) following the next steps.
 

IMPORTANT:
  •  All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and they must not smell to perfum or smoke. The items must have all labels still attached. Products which does not fulfill this requirement will be sent back to you. Customised items cannot be returned.
  • You pay for the return shipping costs yourself.
  • An item from an order can only be returned for exchange or refund to us once. We do not allow more than 1 exchange.
 Please follow these steps to return one item or the entire order:
 
1: Send us an email or use the withdrawal form you will find under Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form to communicate your decision to cancel your contract with EYES ON MISHA e. U. This must happen within 14 days of the reception of your package.

2: Using the Exchange and Returns form that you will find inside your package, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.

3: Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

4: Send it with the National Postal Service of your country (national post operator) and not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your decision to cancel your contract with us to:

Packages sent with anything else than the National Postal Service (for instance with UPS, DHL, etc.) will not be accepted and will be automatically sent back to the sender.

5: Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt.

6: Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. All approved returns will be credited back to you (including the original shipping costs) as soon as possible, in any case not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. If the purchase was made with a gift card or voucher, a new gift card will be issued.
 

EXCHANGES

6: Once your return has been approved, the exchange item will be sent to you as soon as possible. Should this item be out of stock at that moment, we will inform you accordingly and you can decide whether you wait for the item or get a refund.
